5.1. Methodological overview
The learning process that is designed for this subject is based on lectures about contracts, with special emphasis on the most difficult points.
5.2. Learning tasks
The program includes the following activities. The student will work with real documents to promote the assimilation of concepts.
5.3. Syllabus
The program includes contracts, terms and condictions about accommodation, transport and other, like franchises, and Ocupational Risks Prevention
5.4. Course planning and calendar
Between September and December the commercial part will be held, leaving for January the part devoted to occupational risks prevention
